The first sleep course designed for expecting mothers, created by Stanford-trained sleep psychologist, Dr. Shantha Gowda

If you're pregnant and struggling with sleep...

You've probably heard:

"It's normal"
"Just wait until the baby comes"
"Sleep now while you can"

But no one really tells you what to do.

And over time, it starts to affect everything:
Your energy
Your mood
Your patience
Your ability to feel like yourself

And underneath it all, there's often a quiet worry:

"Is this affecting my baby?"

Maybe you're:

Lying awake even when you're exhausted

Waking up multiple times a night (bathroom, discomfort, thoughts)

Tossing and turning trying to get comfortable

Feeling more anxious about sleep as the nights go on

Googling things late at night and getting overwhelmed

And the hardest part?

You're trying -- and it's not working.

I always tell my patients:

Sleep is the one behavior that gets worse with effort.

The more you try to force it...
The more frustrating it becomes.

This isn't about trying harder.

It's about understanding:
  • What's actually happening in your body
  • What's unintentionally making sleep worse
  • What will actually help

IMAGINE:

Falling asleep more easily -- even if your body feels different

Waking up fewer times at night

Feeling more rested during the day

Not thinking about sleep all the time

Feeling calmer and more in control

Not perfect sleep.
But better sleep -- the kind that actually makes a difference

"Shantha was such a huge help throughout my entire pregnancy. She offered real solutions—not the typical ‘just wait’ response I got elsewhere—and, more importantly, she made me feel truly seen and heard.”

This course walks you through exactly how to get there.

Inside, you'll learn:
  • What disrupts your sleep during pregnancy (and what doesn't)
  • How to work with your body instead of against it
  • Simple, effective strategies you can implement immediately
  • How to reduce anxiety and pressure around sleep
  • How to build habits that will support you into the postpartum period and beyond

Pregnancy isn't linear, and your sleep challenges may change over time.
This course is designed so you can come back to different sections as you need them.
Most pregnancy sleep advice:
  • Is generic
  • Feels unrealistic
  • Or focuses on babies --not you
This course is different.

It's built on:
  • Behavioral Sleep Medicine
  • Real clinical experience
  • A practical, no-fluff approach
  • And a deep understanding of what pregnancy actually feels like

"She may brand herself as a sleep specialist,

but Shantha would better be described as a baby whisperer and sleep guru for my family.”

What this course will help you do:

Fall asleep more easily

Wake up less during the night

Feel more rested during the day

Stop overthinking your sleep

And just as importantly:

Spend less time lying awake frustrated

Feel less pressure to "get sleep right"

Stop trying things that don't actually work

In my clinical practice, patients are often surprised by how quickly things improve.

Many start noticing changes within the first 1-2 sessions -- after months (or years) of struggling.

This course is designed to bring that same clarity and effectiveness to you -- right away.

About Dr. Shantha Gowda

Hi, I'm Shantha.

I'm a board-certified sleep psychologist, Stanford-trained in behavioral sleep medicine -- and a mom of two.

I've spent years helping people improve their sleep in real, sustainable ways -- from high-performing professionals and collegiate athletes to families navigating early parenthood.  I've created the first sleep and circadian health program for the marine corps special operations command and consulted for organizations like the FBI.

But one of the biggest gaps I've seen?

There's almost nothing focused on helping moms sleep during pregnancy.

And the assumption has become:
"It's just part of it"

And over time, the message gets internalized--
that disrupted sleep is something you're supposed to tolerate, push through, or accept.

It doesn't have to be.
